If you are covered by a Maintenance & Support plan, you can contact our Support Team directly by choosing Help > Request Support on the Dragonfly menu bar. Maintenance & Support plans include all software updates and upgrades, as well as priority technical support for the duration of your plan.
If you are not covered by a Maintenance & Support plan, you can still get priority technical support by purchasing a single inquiry.
Please be prepared to provide the following information whenever you report a problem:
Dragonfly includes an integrated reporting module that lets you report an issue or error by choosing Help > Report an Issue on the menu bar.
In the Report an Issue dialog, you can include information pertaining to the error, attach your log and installation log files, as well as upload a file.
