Multi-ROIs

A multi-ROI is similar to a region of interest (ROI), except that it can contain any number of classes that can be labeled for each phase or feature of interest within a dataset. Dragonfly provides a number of tools for labeling multi-ROIs (see Segmentation Tools) and a number of options for processing multi-ROIs. You can add measurements and other values to the classes in a multi-ROI with Dragonfly's Scalar Generator, as well as work with the advanced analysis workflows available for connected components (see Connected Components Analysis). Multi-ROIs are also used as outputs for training deep learning and machine learning models for segmentation.
