Mr. Vaillant brings 25 years of experience in the areas of business diagnostics, corporate finance and sales and acquisitions as well as acting as strategic advisor for high tech companies. He is the former Vice–President of Innovatech Grand Montreal, a 350 million dollars venture capital firm. Over his career, he has occupied a number of various senior positions from CFO to General Manager in high tech, venture capital and the service industries.

Nicolas Piché, M.Sc, CSO
Mr. Piché, holder of a master’s degree in physics, has worked in software development for more than twenty years. After having developed enterprise simulator software for Interfacing Technologies, as well as a software platform for a division of Kodak, he then joined Proxima Systems Ltd as a senior developer, where he assumed heavy responsibilities in the department of software infrastructures. His career then led to Zurich in Switzerland, where he supervised the daily operations of the filing system at UBS.
Normand Mongeau, Production VP
Mr. Mongeau has worked in software development since 1986. He took part in several large projects with many of them still in operation today. At Epix Inc., he was lead developer and support manager for the SAGE software (preventive maintenance application), with installations in more than 200 sites. At LGS, he was an active member of the team who developed an application to read Hydro–Quebec meters. In 1992 he focused on object–oriented programming, which brought him in 1996 at Proxima Systems Ltd, where he took part in developing the Mystral application.
