Object Analysis

With the Object Analysis module for Dragonfly, you can analyze the connected components within multi-ROIs, such as fibers, vesicles, and puncti. Using filtering parameters — such as volume, surface area, Phi and Theta angles, and the maximum, minimum, and mean values of an object — you can then classify objects that share specific characteristics. Additional options let you split and merge objects, as well as to export your analysis results.

You can also analyze and classify measurements in the Analyze and Classify Measurements module (see Analyzing and Classifying Measurements).
