Multi-ROIs
A multi-ROI is simply a set of labeled voxels grouped within any number of classes. It does not contain data, only labeled voxels within a shape that has a specific size and spacing. Multi-ROIs are most often used as outputs for training deep learning and machine learning models for segmentation.
